About the training
As part of this Workshop, you will explore the high-level functionalities of the o9 platform and how our cloud-based Planning & Decision Management Platform can be deployed for global organisation in the areas of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, Production Scheduling, and IBP. The workshop will give you insights into some of the workflows that an End User can use in their day-to-day Planning activities.
By participating in this workshop, you will aim to achieve the following objectives:
- Develop familiarity with the Web UI and the navigation of the o9 platform, including key interface elements and tools used to streamline planning and decision-making processes.
- Understand the foundational concepts of Demand Planning and Supply Planning, exploring how the o9 platform integrates these processes to improve forecast accuracy and supply chain responsiveness.
- Gain insights into the IBP process flow, including critical components such as Demand Review, Supply Review, Risk and Opportunities assessment, and Management Review, to drive cross-functional alignment and informed decision-making.
